As I write this the weather has yet again changed. Yesterday we had a good breeze all day long and were able to get back to harvesting beans. Knew that rain was on the way so put everything in the barns and hoped for just a day of not cutting. Watching out the window I have a feeling we may not get back into the field for two to three days. Not a heavy rain, but one of those misty rains that just soak everything. WELCOME to a MISSOURI FALL!

Same thing here! I just remember to this summer when we were literally begging for rain, our fields can still use it so I’m not going to complain!

We had the best color for about a week and a half and then it fadded fast. Looks like winter may be here too. Low 30’s temps last night and only in the 40’s today.
